By using Platform, you agree to these terms, including our fair use and refund practices.
Platform Usage
How services are used:
- We offers OCPP-compliant EV charging software.
- Only authorized users (CPOs) may manage chargers.
- Users must follow local energy regulations and fair usage.
Pricing & Subscription
We charge a simple and flat subscription:
- ₹199 per charger per month.
- No commissions or hidden transaction fees.
- Chargers are billed monthly, in advance.
- You can cancel anytime before the next cycle.
User Responsibilities
Your role as user:
- Keep charger and account information accurate.
- Prevent unauthorized access to your station dashboard.
- Comply with safety and EV infrastructure regulations.
Payments & Security
How your payments and data are secured:
- We use Razorpay & UPI for secure payments.
- We do not store sensitive payment information.
- Invoices are generated for all billing events.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
We offer fair refunds under these conditions:
- Refunds are issued for unused energy amounts (for prepaid UPI sessions).
- If a session fails after payment (e.g., charger did not start), the full paid amount is refunded.
- Monthly charger fees (₹199) are non-refundable once a cycle begins.
- Wallet recharges are refundable upon request, minus any used charging value.
- A small buffer is added to session cost due to minor delays in session start/stop and energy flow reporting. We try to keep this as minimal as technically possible.

Refund-Friendly
If a session fails or you're due unused energy refunds, we process them fairly and promptly.
Changes to This Policy
We may update these terms over time. Your continued use means you accept any future changes.
