How are we billed?
Clients may be billed weekly or per milestone. SaaS customers pay via monthly/annual subscriptions.
Is there an upfront payment?
For project services, we typically collect 20% upfront and the remainder in agreed-upon milestones.
When is the timeline agreed?
Service timelines are discussed and agreed upon before payment. We use standard communication and project management tools for transparency.
Can development work be refunded?
Refunds for development work are available only before major milestone delivery and are subject to project-specific contracts. Upfront payments are typically non-refundable unless the work hasn't started.
Can I cancel a SaaS subscription?
Monthly subscribers can request cancellation any time. Refunds are not given for partially used subscription periods unless there's a service failure.
