Questions, answered

What does app-less mean?

The driver needs no app and no account. They scan and pay with UPI, tap a card on the charger, or pay by card in the browser, and the session starts.

Which method should we use?

UPI suits India on any charger. Tap to pay suits DC fast and highway sites. Web checkout by card works on any charger, in any country. You can offer more than one.

Do drivers get a receipt?

Yes. Every session ends with a receipt, and a record lands in your reports and payouts.

Can we still have a driver app?

Yes. App-less runs alongside your branded driver app, wallets and RFID cards on the same platform.

Have you shipped this before?

Yes. We built a multi-tenant OCPP 1.6 CSMS with app and app-less charging for OnChargeEV.
