Questions, answered

Which payment methods do you support?

UPI, Razorpay, prepaid wallets with top-ups and RFID cards, app-less through a QR code or inside your own driver app. Drivers from roaming partners pay through their own app over OCPI.

Can drivers pay without an app or an account?

Yes. With app-less charging they scan the QR on the charger, pay with UPI and charge, with zero registration and zero download.

How flexible is pricing?

Tariffs can be set by time, energy, site or demand, with idle fees for vehicles that stay plugged in after charging ends.

How do partners and site hosts get paid?

Revenue splits are calculated for every session, and automated payouts settle with partners and site hosts on schedule, each with their own dashboard.

Do drivers get receipts?

Every session ends with an invoice and receipt for the driver, and a record for your accounts.

Is it ready for card terminals at the charger?

We build on OCPP 2.1, which adds ad hoc card payment, prepaid cards, dynamic QR codes and local cost calculation.
