Every role.One live view.
Dashboards for everyone who runs your network: CPO and eMSP teams, operations, partners, site hosts and finance. Multi-tenant, so each one sees exactly their slice of it, live.

- Multi-tenant hierarchy
- Roles & permissions
- CPO + eMSP
Illustrative. Your CSMS, seen by four different roles.
A dashboard for every seat
CPO, eMSP, operations, partners, site hosts, finance and fleets. Same live data, each cut to the job.
Run the whole network
Every site, charger and session on one screen, with tariffs, users and roaming partners a click away.
- Live charger status
- Sessions and energy
- Tariffs and pricing
- Users, roles & permissions
Permissions flow down. Data rolls up.
Multi-tenant as deep as your business goes. Every level sees its own slice and everything beneath it, never a neighbour's.
Who sees what, decided by you
Every role starts with sensible defaults. Switch any permission on, off, or limit it to the user's own sites.
Run the network live. Fix it remotely.
Everything an operator needs on one screen, from the first fault alert to the partner payout.

Alert to fixed, remotely
Faults raise an alert; reset, unlock or update firmware without a truck roll.

Uptime is now on the record
Across the US, UK and EU, the rules ask operators for uptime, live status and open data. Your dashboard keeps the numbers.
- United States
>97%
average annual uptime for every NEVI-funded charging port, reported each quarter with session, energy and outage data.
23 CFR 680.116 · 680.112 - United Kingdom
99%
average reliability across each operator's rapid network, plus a 24/7 staffed helpline and open data over OCPI.
GOV.UK, PCPR 2023 - California
97%
uptime for publicly funded DC fast chargers. New networked chargers from 28 Sept 2026 report over OCPP 2.0.1.
California Energy Commission - European Union
Live
charger status, availability and ad hoc price, shared through a free API under AFIR. The data comes from your dashboard.
AFIR Art. 20 - India

Questions, answered
Can one company be both CPO and eMSP?
Yes. OCPI 2.2.1 lets one system carry several parties and roles, so you can run your chargers and your drivers side by side, each with its own dashboard.
How does multi-tenant work?
Each network is walled off with its own users, tariffs, apps and reports. Partners and site hosts sit underneath and only ever see their own sites, chargers and revenue.
Can we change what each role sees?
Yes. Roles come with sensible defaults, and every permission can be switched on, off or limited to the user's own sites.
Do partners get paid automatically?
Yes. Revenue splits and payouts to partners and site hosts are automated, and each partner sees their own payouts in their dashboard.
Can the dashboards carry our brand?
Yes. With white-label, the admin and partner dashboards run on your domain with your logo and colours.
What does it cost?
Dashboards come with the CSMS, as a project with a custom quote or a white-label licence (pricing on request). Our hourly and monthly plans are on the pricing page.
