Illustrative depot. Every fleet platform we build is set up around your vehicles and sites.
Fleets are going electric. Fast.
Trucks, vans and buses are switching faster than ever, and regulation is locking it in. Every one of those vehicles needs a depot that charges it on time.

One night at the depot
Every vehicle plugs in at the end of its shift. Here is how scheduled charging and load management bring each one to its target before the morning, without ever crossing the grid limit.
18:00Plug in, get identified
Vehicles roll in and plug in. Each driver's RFID card and each vehicle are matched to the bay, so every kWh is booked to the right vehicle.
21:00Plan the night
Scheduled charging works back from each departure time and spreads the energy through the night, instead of every vehicle charging at once.
01:00Stay under the limit
Dynamic load balancing shares the depot's power across every charger and shaves the peak, so the site never trips its grid limit.
04:00Ready to roll
Every vehicle at its target before it leaves. The cost of the night lands in a per-vehicle energy report.
Everything your depot needs
From the moment a vehicle plugs in to the report on your finance team's desk. Built on our CSMS, so every OCPP charger is in from day one.
Depot charging
Every bay, charger and connector in one live view, with an alert the moment a vehicle stops charging.
Vehicle & driver assignment
Match drivers, vehicles and bays with RFID cards or the driver app, so every session belongs to someone.
Scheduled charging
Set a departure time and a target. Charging is planned around it, through standard OCPP charging profiles.
Per-vehicle energy cost reports
Energy and cost per vehicle, per driver and per depot, ready for your finance team.
Smart charging & load managementAdd-on
Charging profiles, dynamic load balancing and peak shaving keep every depot inside its grid limit.

Built for every kind of fleet
Different vehicles, different shifts, one platform that plans around all of them.
Bus fleets
Long dwell at the depot overnight, tight departure times in the morning. Scheduled charging gets every bus out on time.
Trucks & logistics
The EU now requires new heavy-duty CO₂ to fall 45% by 2030 and 90% by 2040, with truck charging every 60 km of its core road network by 2030.
Vans & last mile
Many vehicles, short shifts, one site. Per-vehicle cost reports show exactly what each route spends on energy.
2W & 3W delivery
High-turnover fleets on light-EV chargers. RFID per rider keeps every session, and every rupee or dollar, accounted for.
Need the depot too?
We plan, build and scale the charging infrastructure as well.
From the grid connection to the charge point to the software that runs it, with our platform live on every charger from day one.
Questions, answered
Will it work with the chargers we already have?
Any OCPP charger connects, whatever the brand: OCPP 1.6J, 2.0.1 or 2.1. Chargers are managed fully remotely once they are online.
Can we see what each vehicle costs to charge?
Yes. Per-vehicle energy cost reports break down energy and cost by vehicle, driver and depot.
How do drivers start a session?
With an RFID card or the driver app. Each session is matched to the driver and the vehicle, so nothing goes unbooked.
Will charging the whole fleet overload our depot?
Not with smart charging switched on. Dynamic load balancing shares the available power across chargers and peak shaving keeps the site inside its limit.
Can you build the depot as well?
Yes. We plan, build and scale complete EV charging infrastructure, with our platform live on every charger from day one.
What does it cost?
A monthly engagement is $4,000 / month for up to 110 hours, hourly work is $40 / hour, and fixed-scope builds get a custom quote.
